Printing-related Troubleshooting
1. Printing is partially stained or incomplete.
Note:
Proper print quality may not be obtained with media other than recommended ones.
2. The printing position is incorrect (areas of the media cannot be printed)

wrinkled media?
3 Does the media bend? Use recommended media.
