The Xerox DocuMate 150, color sheetfed

document scanner, scans up to 18 pages per

minute (ppm), includes a 50-page automatic

document feeder and has the ability to auto-

matically scan documents in searchable PDF

les. The Xerox DocuMate 150 is designed

specically for desktop use and incorporates

Visioneer OneTouch technology for eliminat-

ing multiple steps in sending scanned docu-

ments to predetermined applications

or devices.

The DocuMate 150 offers a professional

software package that includes Nuance

PaperPort and OmniPage Pro. It also comes

with an advanced TWAIN driver to enable

communication with advanced electronic

content management (ECM) software

applications.

Perfect scans from imperfect originals

Visioneer OneTouch with Kofax® VRS™ (Vir-

tualReScan®) technology is integrated into

the scanner driver so that you get perfect

scans from imperfect originals. VRS also

eliminates the need to rescan documents

through automatic cropping, straightening,

brightness control and edge clean-up. All this

is integrated into Visioneer OneTouch so your

entire scanning requirements are achieved at

the touch of a button.

Most new users in document imaging are not
