  If the ADF on your Xerox Scanner isn’t feeding pages correctly, it could be due to a dirty or worn roller, causing documents to feed skewed or multiple pages to feed at once. Try cleaning the rollers as described in Cleaning the Inside of the Scanner. If the problem continues, the separation and/or feed rollers may need to be replaced.

  Paper jams in the ADF of your Xerox Scanner can occur if paper is fed at an angle. To resolve this: * Smooth and straighten the paper before scanning. * Adjust the guides to the paper size. Also, excessive dust on the roller can cause paper feeding issues. Try cleaning the roller with a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl rubbing alcohol.
