Why does my Xylem CentriPro MP PLUS Controller pump not stop?

If the Xylem Controller pump doesn't stop, it could be due to several reasons. The device might be installed horizontally; ensure it's in a vertical position. Check for open taps and close them if found. If you have a large expansion tank, it may take longer for the pump to stop, depending on the tank's size and pressure. System leaks exceeding the minimum flow could also be the cause, so inspect for any leaks. Finally, a blocked flow valve could be the culprit; check for foreign objects in the device.
