Configure FT991 menu items 029 to 072 for specific values like baud rate and others.
Set NAR/WIDE to WIDE, AGC to AUTO, and RF POWER for amplifier.
Adjust DT GAIN to manage ALC and achieve maximum drive with WSJT-X.
Set NOTCH, CONT, DNR, DNF to off, and SHIFT/WIDTH to 0Hz/3000Hz.
Use band stack registers and menu item 070 to switch between digital and SSB modes.
Download and install Yaesu USB drivers from the website.
