Be sure the slats are
turned upside down to
match the ends and sides.
Starting from the middle slat
and working outwards, secure
each slat end using two
M6x16mm capscrews with
washers as shown. Tighten all
screws to 4Nm with a4mm
hex wrench or torque wrench.

Carefully lip the Platform over and position the platform supports
underneath the center of the front and rear platform ends. Note that the
notched end of the support sits under the lip. The platform supports ideally
should be ixed using the center of the three holes. However, they can be
offset left or right depending on the vehicle’s roof or usage requirements.
