Lithium-Ion Battery
If your lift truck is equipped with a lithium-ion battery, see
sections below and LITHIUM-ION BATTERY 2200 YRM
1890 for battery specifications, maintenance, charging and
troubleshooting procedures.
The lithium-ion battery is programmed to conserve power
during long period of inactivity. For battery serial numbers
from 100-2499, the Sleep Mode will initiate after five days
in which less than 200mA has been applied. For battery
serial numbers 2500 and higher, Sleep Mode will initiate
after 4 hours in which less than 1000mA is applied.
To activate the battery's Wake-Up Circuit turn the key
switch to the ON position, then OFF, then ON again.
Charging Lithium-Ion Battery
WARNING
Disconnect the battery when doing cleaning and main-
tenance.
