1. Install the brush holder 1 and brush set
2 into the bracket 3, and then tighten
the bolts 4.
2. Install the spacer 5 and nut 6.
3. Install the cover 7, pinion 8, pinion
stoppers 9, spring 0, and washer A to
the armature B, and then tighten the nut
C to the specified torque.
4. Install the stator D and bracket E, and
then tighten the bolts F.
NOTE:
• Align the line marks a as shown.
• Check the starter motor operation again
after assembling it.
