Neutral Switch –
Remote Control Model
1. Install the neutral switch ass'y 1 and the slip
plate 2.
2. Install the neutral switch stay 2.
NOTE:Install the stay 3 with the washer and
bolt.
3. Disconnect the brown lead terminal 4 and
the brown/blue lead terminal 5.
4. Connect the neutral switch lead terminals 6.
S tart in gear protection will not operate with-
out the neutral switch leads connected.
Installation
1. Install the tiller handle assembly 1 and nut
2.
T orque: N ut - 38N m ( 3.8m-kg, 2 7 ft-lb)
2. Install the following:
1 Grommet
2 Main Switch Leads
3 Battery Cable
4 Power Trim, Tilt Switch Leads
5 Extension Wire Harness
