TIP:
Recommended
engine
oil:
If
the
oil
changer
is
not
available,
remove
the
drain
screw
while
holding
a
container
under
the
drain
hole.
Let
the
oil
drain
completely.
4-stroke
outboard
motor

Wipe
up
any
spilled
oil
immediately.
7.
Leave
the
outboard
motor
for
5-10
min-
utes.
8.
Remove
oil
dipstick
and
wipe
it
clean.
9.
Insert
the
dipstick
and
remove
it
again.
Be
sure
to
completely
insert
the
dipstick
into
the
dipstick
guide,
otherwise
the
oil
level
measurement
will
be
incorrect.
10.
Recheck
the
oil
level
using
the
dipstick
to
be
sure
the
level
falls
between
the
upper
and
lower
marks.
Consult
your
Outboards

correct
amount
of
oil
through
the
dealer
if
the
oil
level
is
out
of
specified
lev-
el.
