No sound can be heard or the sound cuts off intermittently
from a Bluetooth® device

The volume on the Bluetooth device is too low.
Raise the volume on the Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth is not selected as the input source of the sound bar.
Select Bluetooth as the input source.

Perform playback on the Bluetooth device.

Move the Bluetooth device near the sound bar.

Do not use the sound bar near devices that emit electromagnetic waves.
