(7) Removing the alternator
1) Loosen the set bolt (belt adjuster bolt) and move
the alternator downwards. Loosen the V-pulley set
bolts for the cooling water pump and remove the V-
belt.
2) Remove the belt adjuster from the gear case and
remove the alternator from the cylinder head (with
bracket).
(8) Removing the cooling water pipes (seawater/ fresh water)
1) Remove the seawater pipe (seawater pump-heat exchanger).
2) Remove the fresh water pipe (fresh water pump - heat exchanger, coolant tank - fresh water pump).
