Measure the
insulation
resistance.
At least once a
year
Disconnect the Servomotor
from the SERVOPACK and
measure the insulation resis
-
tance at 500 V with an insu-
lation resistance meter.
(Measurement method:
Measure the resistance
between phase U, V, or W
on the Servomotor’s power
line and FG.)
The insulation is normal if
the resistance is 10 M or
higher.
If the resistance
is less than 10
M, contact
your Yaskawa
representative.
Replace the
oil seal.
At least once every
5,000 hours
Contact your Yaskawa rep-
resentative.
This inspection
applies only to
Servomotors
with Oil Seals.
Overhaul
At least once every
5 years or every
20,000 hours
Contact your Yaskawa rep-
resentative.
