Yealink Cloud Account Registration
You can register only one Cloud account on the phone if you want to switch to a SIP account, be sure to exit the cloud
account.
To register a Yealink Cloud account, the Cloud feature should be enabled in advance. Check with your system admin-
istrator to find out if this feature is available on the phone. For more details about Yealink Cloud feature, refer to
Yealink Technical Support.

Registering a Yealink Cloud Account
You can register the Yealink cloud account by the PIN code or the cloud account.
There are two methods' descriptions:
l PIN code: the PIN code can be used once only.
l Account: the account information contains the user name (Cloud number) and password.
Before You Begin
You can obtain the Yealink Cloud account information from your Cloud enterprise administrator.
Procedure
1. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (default password: admin) > Accounts.
2. Tap Enter.
3. Select Yealink Cloud from the Type field.
4. Do one of the following:
l Select PIN Code from the Login Type field.
Enter the PIN code (9-digit) in the PIN Code field.
