  If the blower in your York Air Handler is running continuously, here's what might be happening and how to address it: * **Thermostat Setting:** Ensure that the thermostat fan switch is set to the “AUTO” position, not “ON”. * **Blower Delay:** The blower might be in its normal OFF delay, which lasts approximately 1 minute. Wait and see if it stops. * **Connectors and Limits:** Check the installation of the 6-pin connector. Also, inspect the limit switch connection. * **Variable Speed Tab:** Look for a broken variable speed break-out tab.

  If your York Air Handler isn't providing enough heat, or no heat at all, here are a few things to check: 1. **Airflow:** Make sure that all registers are open and that there are no obstructions restricting airflow to either the supply or return registers. 2. **Filter:** Inspect the filter and replace it if it's dirty. 3. **Blower Motor:** Check to ensure the blower motor is functioning correctly. 4. **Safety Limit:** If the safety limit has opened 4 times, the control will prevent the heating element from operating for 1 hour. Allow the control to reset.
