Insert the nozzle into the hole of the cleaning water
collector. Operate the pump, wash the dust off on
the ns with clean water thoroughly. If the cleaning
agent is left on the ns, it may cause corrosion.
Adjust the pressure of the spray at approximately 36
to 71 psi (2.5 to 5.0 kg/cm
2
) so as not to crush the
ns and direct the nozzle in a straight line toward the
ns.
9 Make sure that there are no drops of water left after cleaning the ns and
reassemble the fan assembly and the condensate pan.
* Screwdriver
* Hexagon Wrench
10 Measure the condition of insulation of the condensate pump with a megohm-
meter tester. (Check to ensure that the resistance is bigger than 1 MΩ at 500V.)
11 Connect the electrical wiring as it was and attach the removed parts. * Screwdriver
12 Neutralization Treatment after Cleaning
The cleaning agent specied in Section 4.3.1, is of neutral type.
However, the cleaning water after cleaning may be not neutral due to dust or other
foreign particles. Collect all cleaning water and make necessary neutralization for
the cleaning water.
