What to do if my Zeiss ApoTome.2 does not respond to any control command?

If your Zeiss Laboratory Equipment isn't responding, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the device has power by actuating the power switch and connecting the power cable to the power outlet. Second, verify the connection to the PC by establishing a CAN BUS cable connection to the stand or the USB cable connection to the PC. Third, check the connection between the slider and control box, ensuring the slider cable is plugged into the correct connector on the control box. If none of these steps work, the device may be defective.
