Pin 81 of IC202, pin 130, 193 of IC601 and pin 12 of IC603 are related to RESET.
We can know whether IC is intialized or not through those ports.
The waveform shows the status when the reset signal works normally.
If the MRESET is abnormal, then check the front u-com(IC501) and replace it
