Troubleshooting
Issue Solution
Any problem establishing Bluetooth
connectivity or loss of Bluetooth transmitted
data
Uninstall and re-install the BlueSoleil Bluetooth
drivers.
Check BlueSoleil version; Test App will not work
with later versions than that supplied.
Worn checkbox in BT Test App not checked
when device worn; no Breathing or HR data.
Poor skin conductivity - Moisten sensor pads
with water
