ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The momentary status of charging de-
pends upon electrolyte density, at batte-
ry properly formatted and with density
1,28 g.cm
-3
at fully charged status - see

Electrolyte density is considered at tem-
perature 25“C. Measured density is
higher by 0,01 g.cm
-3
at temperature de-
creased by 15“C. Charge insufficiently
charged battery outside the tractor in two
regimes:
1. By current 13,5 A up to status of
gassing (14,4 V).
2. By current 7 A up to fully charged sta-
tus with density mentioned above.
Battery can be charged only by one
current 7 A for the total time of charging
if the charging time is not a matter.
SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR WORK
WITH BATTERY
1. Safe your eyes by glasses or safety
shield. The eye stained by electrolyte
must be immediately washed by clear
water for time of several minutes.
Look for a first aid.
2. Electrolyte is a caustic agent. Use
protective gloves at manipulation with
battery protect the skin and coats
against staining. Neutralize the stain-
ed areas by soap water and wash
them by clean water.
3. Keep children out of battery and
electrolyte.
4. Manipulation with open flame and
smoking at battery is forbidden. Don´t
handle with any sparkling devices
nearby the battery.
5. Hydrogen is released from electrolyte
at charging battery and this creates
the explosive mixture being mixed
with the air. The explosion might be
caused by a spark created at mani-
pulation with battery terminals when
the closed charging circuit.
6. Discarded battery is ecologically dan-
gerous reject. Let it scrap by specia-
lists (service network).
