HYDRAULIC SYSTEM (A)
Hydraulic system consists of inner and
outer circuit. The oil from transmission
and differential case is used for hydraulic
system. The gear type pump (B), driven
by engine timing gears, delivers the
pressure oil into system. The non-
disengageable pump is located on the
left side of engine. The pump capacity is
40 l.min
-1
(* 50 l.min
-1
as an option) at
nominal engine speed. Max. pressure 20
MPa is maintained by pressure relieve
valve in the circuit ( set to 18+2 MPa).
HYDRAULIC OIL FILTRATION
Hydraulic pump sucks the oil through the
suction cleaner located on the left side
of transmission. You can change the oil
cleaner without transmission oil draining.
The oil drains from the cleaner cartridge
at cleaner exchange. A clean vessel of
approximately 10 l capacity must be
used. Prepare the new cartridge advan-
ce. The drained oil can be again used in
transmission (in case the cartridge is ex-
changed outside of recommended time
of oil or cleaner exchange).
Exchange the cleaner cartridge
when cool oil - danger of your
burning.
