4. Loosen the adjusting screw (4) and
nut (3). Set the play 0,1
+0,2
mm
between pin (8) and opening of link
(14) by adjusting nut (3). Hold the
push-pull cable bolt 6) in adjusting nut
(3) to avoid its turning together with
adjusting nut (3) and ply apart of
push-pull cable wire (2).
5. Secure the adjusting nut (3) by ad-
justing screw (4) after adjusting. Keep
attention that the bearing surface of
nut (3) touches the upper surface of
pin (5).
6. Inspect the play between bearing (11)
and clutch levers (12), eventually ad-
just by link (13).
7. After adjusting raise the PTO control
hand lever (1) (with disconnected ele-
ctrical supply for electromagnetic val-
ve (16)) by force that is necessary for
PTO declutching. Check adjusting
according to points 4.,5. and 6. after
releasing the lever (1).
8. Indicator light on the dashboard must
be ´on´ after raising PTO control hand
lever (1) into declutching position.
9. The force on PTO control hand lever
(1) is max. 120 N with connected
electromagnetic valve switch (16) -
´on´ and 200 N with disconnected
electromagnetic valve switch at
correctly adjusted travel clutch disen-
gage levers (12). If the force is ex-
cessively increased (twice) the travel
clutch engage levers must be again
adjusted.
