Fill in the transmission oil at GK 40 (Possibility 2)
• Clean magnet on the oil drain plug (Item
03) and always reattach it with a new
sealing ring (Item 04). (See Fig. 14)
Tightening torque: 22 Nm
• Fill in the transmission oil. For oil quantities
and viscosity classes see Chapter „Initial
Operation / Maintenance“ Paragraph „Oil
Grade“ & „Oil Capacity“
• For filling use a funnel with hose.
Maximum outer diameter of the hose is
13 mm.
• After filling in of the specified oil quantity
leave the transmission standing for 2
minutes.
• The correct oil level and the correct oil
quantity is achieved when the oil level is at
the lower edge of the oil filler plug, at least
when oil penetrates at the oil filler plug.
• Attach the oil filler plug (Item 01) with a
new sealing ring (Item 02).
• Tightening torque: 22 Nm

Remove spilled oil with a suitable oil binder.
After 25 operating hours check the oil level once again. Refill oil, if
necessary!
