COMPUTER MANUAL
Remove the safety film from the display before use.
COMPUTER (MODEL)
RMIC01PRO
AUTO ON/OFF
The computer is switched on when the flywheel
moves or any button is pressed.
The computer is switched off after four minutes
of inactivity.
BUTTONS
RECOVERY it is used to check your fitness and physical condition based on the heart rate drop
after you stop exercising.
RESET returns to the home menu of the computer.
START/STOP starts and stops the selected training programme.
ENTER selects a programme.
With ENTER, you can check the value of each displayed function during training.
DOWN / UP browse through available programmes.
When a function is selected, these buttons set parameter values DOWN or UP.

TIME
Set target time.

TIME/500M
The average time per 500 metres.
The value is calculated automatically and constantly updated.
SPM
The number of strokes per minute.
DISTANCE
The travelled distance.

STROKES
The number of strokes done.
0-9990
TOTAL
STROKES
The total number of strokes.
0-9999
CALORIES
The number of calories burnt.
(The measurement is an approximation for comparing training
sessions. Do not use for medical purposes).

PULSE
The current training heart rate.
The heart rate can be measured only using a chest strap.

CALENDAR
Shows the date in the sleep mode.
TEMPERATURE
Shows ambient temperature in the sleep mode.
CLOCK
Shows the time in the sleep mode.
CONNECTION WITH THE HRC CHEST BELT
The pulse measurement function is only available through the chest belt system (supplied with the device).
The computer connects to the belt automatically via Bluetooth.
