illegal to export Automatic Pool Cleaners and parts thereof. Section 4 of the Act provides that anyone
convicted of exporting Automatic Pool Cleaners and parts thereof may be sentenced to a 10 (ten) year
term of imprisonment and a ne of R40 000 (forty thousand Rand).
