PROCEDURE:
●The upper cover of the electrical device box
Remove 2 bolts ⑴ with 4# inner hexagon, take off the flange bushing ⑵, cushion rubber ⑶, and then take out
the expansion nail ⑷. Take out the upper cover of the electrical device box ⑸.
●Gel battery assembly
First take out the battery strap ⑺, then pull up the gel battery ⑻ to fix it, pull off the black protective cap to
remove the negative pole; then pull off the red protective cap to remove the positive pole; remove the battery.
When reinstalling, connect the positive pole first, and then the negative pole.
Pull out the fuse box ① and the starting relayfrom the electric device box of the electric device box without
removing it; the ECU plug does not need to be pulled out.
CAUTION:
●Always check that the center of the battery anode protection glue is aligned to the center of the battery positive
after the battery is assembled, and dose the read protective cap cover the positive. Prevents the positive battery
from coming into contact with the.
●When inserting or removing the fuse, pay attention to the vertical alignment and then disassemble it. Do
notbend it. Use a qualified fuse.
●Protect protective measures to prevent scratching the appearance of parts.
●When reassembling, check whether there is any pressure on the wire to prevent short circuit when tightening
the bolt.
