 Editing the Sound field
In the Sound field, press the Right Soft key to display the pop-up menu:

added sound. /Cancel Message.
 Editing the Name Card field
In the Name Card field, press the Right Soft key to display the pop-up menu:

added name card. /Cancel Message.
 Editing the Subject field
In the Subject field, press the Right Soft key to display the pop-up menu:
Preview/Save As Draft/Insert Quick Text/Add Slide/Add Signature/Priority
Level/Cancel Message.
How to Send a Voice Message
1. Select Menu→Messaging→New Message→Voice Message.
2. Press the OK key to start the recording and press the OK key again to end it.
