lAllindicatorsareOffwhentheZXHNH268AequipmentispoweredOn.
FirstmakesurethatyouhaveinsertedthepoweradapteroftheZXHNH268A
intoaworkingpowersocketandthattheZXHNH268AhasbeenpoweredOn(the
switchbuttonispresseddown).IftheindicatorsarestillOffafterconrmationofthe
aboveitems,maybethehardwareisdamaged.Youmaycontactlocaloperatorfor
maintenance.Neverdismantletheequipmentbyyourself.
lSometimes,theDSLuserscannotaccesstotheInternetnormally
FirstcheckwhethertheZXHNH268Aisinthenormalstate(Checktheindicators
accordingtothisusermanual).Ifyes,thecomputerorapplicationnetworkmaybe
faulty.ThisisunrelatedwithDSL.IftheZXHNH268Aisabnormal,checkthestatus
ofindicatorsonebyonetoremovethefault.
Itissuggestedtocheckthefollowingitemsbeforeseekinghelpfromoperator:
1.TheDSLtelephonecableconnectorsareproper.
2.TheDSLisawayfromthepowercableandlarge-powerelectronicdevices.
3.NotelephoneextensionsandfaxmachinesareconnectedbetweentheDSL
incominglineandsplitter.
4.Thesplitterhasbeeninstalledcorrectly.
5.TheZXHNH268Ahasgoodheatdissipationratio.
lWhatarereasonsforDSLsynchronizationfailure(alsoreferredaslinkdownor
linkestablishmentfailure)?
IftheDSLsuddenlyfailstobesynchronized(linkdown)duringapplication,usually
theLinkindicatorontheZXHNH268AwillnotbeOn.Itissuggestedtocheckthe
followingstepsonebyone:
1.Firstcheckthequalityofincomingcablesandincomingcableconnectors.
2.InstalltheZXHNH268Acorrectlybasedontheuserguidance.Minimizethe
numberoftaps.
3.CheckwhetherthetelephonecablesandDSLareingoodconnectionorwhether
thetelephonecablesarenormal.
4.TrytodisconnectthesplitteranddirectlyconnecttheZXHNH268Atotheincoming
usercableend.Ensuretheproblemisnotduetoimproperinstallationorincoming
userlinequality.IftheDSLcanbesynchronizedagain,itmeansthatinstallation
oftheincomingusersideisimproper.Pleasereinstallitaccordingtotheuser
guide.
5.IftheDSLstillfailstobesynchronizedwhentheZXHNH268Aisconnectedto
theincomingusercableend,contacttheoperatorstocheckwhetheritisdueto
externallinefailureorZXHNH268Afailure.
