Make sure your computer is connected to the LAN port of the EMG.
1 Open File Explorer and click Network.
2 Right-click the EMG icon and select Properties.

3 In the Internet Connection Properties window, click Settings to see port mappings.

4 You may edit or delete the port mappings or click Add to manually add port mappings.
