(2) DCHP Snooping does not configure on the device. After user log in, change user IP by DHCP,
the device will force the user to log off.
(3) DCHP Snooping is configured on the device. After user log in, change user IP by DHCP, the
device won't force the user to log off.
After Modification:
After user log in, change user IP by any means of the 3 above, the device won't force the user to log
off.
In one word: after modified, in condition (1) and (2), the user state becomes from logging off to
remaining on line; in condition (3), the result doesn't change.

1) The function of ignoring configuration is modified to take effect only once, while before it would
take effect all the time if configured.
