Modfying or deleting a phone book entry
You want to modify a phone number stored on your private phone book.

This section explains how to set your Voice Mail.

Personal greeting
You have the possibility of recording up to three different greetings. If no personal greeting is
activated or if none is available, the global greeting is activated automatically, provided it has
been recorded. For more information contact your system administrator.
Note:
You cannot modify entries in other phone books.
Press the phone book key.
Private contacts
Scroll to Private contacts and press the Select Foxkey.
<Entry>
To change an entry:
Select the entry you want and press the Edit Foxkey.
Þ
The display shows the current name.
<Name>
Press the Modify Foxkey, modify the name, and confirm with the Ok Foxkey.
Þ
The display shows the current phone number.
<Phone number>
Press the Modify Foxkey, modify the phone number, and confirm with the Ok
Foxkey.
Þ
The data is now stored.
<Entry>
To delete an entry:
Select the entry you want and press the Delete Foxkey.
Þ
The entry is now deleted.
Notes:
• The text mode for letter input is automatically activated.
• You can use the Correction key to delete any incorrect character.
Menu
Press the Menu Foxkey.
Voice Mail
Scroll to Voice Mail and press the Select Foxkey.
