What to do if my AAXA Technologies Projector cannot charge my smart device?

If your AAXA Technologies Projector isn't charging your smart device, ensure the power switch on the back of the projector is toggled to either the “ON” or the “Charge” position. Also, if the projector has a low battery, connect it to a power source using the power cord, switch to the “OFF” position, and allow 3-4 hours for a full charge. The LED light will turn green when charging is complete.
