What to do if ABB 2600T-264 Transmitter detects an overpressure?
    • C
      christopherharrisonAug 8, 2025
If the ABB Transmitter detects an overpressure because the measured process pressure value is outside the sensor limits and no longer represents the true applied process value, adjust the working range if possible.

What to do if ABB 2600T-264 shows a pressure overrange?
    • B
      Bonnie JonesAug 13, 2025
If the ABB Transmitter indicates a pressure overrange because the measured static pressure is above its operational limit, adjust the working range if possible.

How to execute replacement operation on ABB 2600T-264 Transmitter after changing electronics or sensor?
    • C
      Christopher SchmidtAug 17, 2025
If the electronics or the sensor of your ABB Transmitter have been changed but the replacement operation has not been executed, you must perform the following steps: 1. Move the SW 1 of the electronics to position 1 to enable replace mode. 2. Select the SW 2 to indicate whether the new element is a new sensor or new electronics. 3. Power cycle the device. 4. Move the SW 1 of the electronics to position 0.

What to do if ABB 2600T-264 sensor temperature is out of operational limits?
    • D
Dr. Thomas Anderson MDAug 22, 2025
If the ABB Transmitter's measured sensor temperature is outside of its operational limits, check the valves and impulse line. If necessary, clean the impulse line and initiate PILD training.

What happens if ABB 2600T-264 Transmitter device data is corrupted at start up?
    • R
      rodney97Aug 27, 2025
If the device data loaded at the start up of your ABB Transmitter are corrupted, precluding the correct functionality of the device because of exchange of data problems between Electronics and Sensor, the device will continue to work without problems, but at the next power cycle the new configuration will be lost.

Why is the electronic memory corrupted in my ABB Transmitter?
    • S
      simpsonjoseSep 1, 2025
If the electronic memory of your ABB Transmitter is corrupted due to a problem in the electronic circuit or in receiver circuit of the sensor, it means that writings to the electronic non-Volatile Memory was not successful.
