A clock is available on the 50 series central units (see Figure 5-3).
Drift (typical) 4.3 min / month at 25 °C
The clock parameters are accessible:
 Either in the following variables:
IW 62.08 seconds (0...59)
IW 62.09 minutes (0...59)
IW 62.10 hours (0...23)
IW 62.11 days of the week (1...7)
Monday = 1
IW 62.12 days of the month (1...depending on the month)
IW 62.13 months (1...12)
IW 62.14 years (00...99)
 Or by using the UHR function
Updating the clock
The clock update can be effectuated in two ways:
 Through the AC31GRAF software in the configuration window, by clicking on the "Set PLC
clock" icon (see Figure 5-4).
 Through programming using the UHR function.
