This chapter briefly describes the construction of the drive module options +P940 and
+P944. For the operation principle and type code description, see the hardware
manual.
Product overview
Drive with option +P940 is a drive module without front covers (ACS880-01 also
without cable box) to be installed in a customer’s cabinet.
Drive with option +P944 is a drive module with front covers but without cable box to
be installed in a customer’s cabinet.
