6 years preventive maintenance
Following additional actions have to take place:
− Replace the cooling fans of units T1 … T5.
o Exchange the cooling fans sizes T1 … T3 (two fans).
o Exchange the cooling fans size T3 (four fans).
o Exchange the cooling fans size T4.
o Exchange cooling fan size T5.
The manufacturer’s estimation for the operational time of the classic cooling fans is:
o 3ADT754041P0001: 70,000 hours at 25°C.
o DCA0012171P0001: 40,000 hours at 60°C.
o 3ADT754028P0001: 40,000 hours
at 60°C.
o 3ADT754042R0002: 40,000 hours at 40°C.
The mayor problem is the failure of the bearings. The cooling fans are used in:
