The APS enclosure is fan cooled with N+1 fan redundancy. The enclosure has gland plates that al-low for
both top and bottom wiring entry.

3.3.2.1. Auxiliary charger
The PEBBs provide a fast replenishment of energy following a power quality event. To optimize the
energy efficiency during normal operation conditions, an auxiliary charger is used to control the state of
charging of the energy storage. The auxiliary charger is also responsible for pre-charging the DC bus
following the shutdown of the MV UPS.
