3.2.3 Measured value, short floating point
The short floating-point type (float32) is derived from the IEC 61850 data
classes/ attributes defined for measurand values. The default scaling for the
IEC 60870-5-104 value is 1, making it identical to the corresponding IEC 61850
measurand value (CDC.attribute/attribute/ …).
