Explanations to the Table 9.5.-3:
The measurand sets 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are not relevant for the Basic and Medium
versions of the protection relay. The default measurand set is 11.

1.When controlling the output relays by using the IEC_103 protocol, the interlocking of
the standard configuration is bypassed. It is not allowed to use the same output relay as
a tripping contact and as an IEC_103 controlling object simultaneously
