For SAM600, only USB is supported.
5. Select the available port from the
COM Port Selection drop-down list to configure, see
Figure 15.

In the offline mode it is not mandatory to select the
USB port if not
available at the engineering phase. The selected port will be used later to
write the configuration to the SAM600 system.
