To restore normal operating conditions
WARNING
After testing, the test connections may retain a
lethal electrical charge after the test equipment is
switched off. Discharge the test points using a
safety ground and ensure that the test connections
are dead before disconnecting the test equipment.
In all cases, ensure that the test points are really
dead.
1. Before attempting to close the cable test access
cover, ensure that the test points are dead and
that the earth test blade has been removed
2. Close the cable test access cover; the phase star
point and earth connection will consequently be
replaced (Figure 104)A)
WARNING
Cables are only earthed if both the cable test
access cover and the circuit-breaker are closed
(the three-position disconnector must be in the
EARTH position).
3. Remove a padlock from the cable test access
cover lever in bottom FREE position (Figure
104)B) and check the position indicator status. It
shall be changed to LOCKED (Figure 104)C).
Note:
If indicator status is not shown fully LOCKED
position the cable test access cover is not fully
closed than interlocks is not effective. Press on
the cable test access cover. If indicator is still not
in LOCKED position than pull down the lever and
simultaneously repeat closing again.
4. Fit a padlock onto the cable test access cover
lever in LOCKED position – see position indicator
on the front cover (Figure 104)D)
5. Repeat procedure in (chapter 7.5) in order to
replace fuses
