3-9. Load Fail-Safe Defaults
This option loads the BIOS default values for the most stable, minimal-performance system operations.
3-10. Load Optimized Defaults
This option loads the BIOS default values that are factory settings for optimal-performance system
operations.
3-11. Set Supervisor Password
This option protects the BIOS configuration or restricts access to the computer itself. The Supervisor
Password is used to protect the stored CMOS options from being changed by unauthorized users.
3-12. Set User Password
This option protects the BIOS configuration or restricts access to the computer itself. The User Password
requires all users to enter a password in order to use the system, and/or enter the BIOS setup (but can’t
change its contents).
3-13. Save & Exit Setup
This option saves your selections and exits the BIOS setup menu.
3-14. Exit Without Saving
This option exits the BIOS setup menu without saving any change.
