3. Touch the Diagnostics test button, screen changes to the Modulating Test window
4. Press the Maximum Modulation button (High re position), this will force the boiler into the High re position.
Once in the High re postion and stable conditions are reached check the following:
a. Check combustion (see table) for factory and eld combustion limits
b. Adjust main ow (High re) as necessary via shutter adjustment slotted screw ±
c. Measure breeching/vent draft condition
d. Check ame signal on operation overview window and observe ame condition via sight glass.
5. Press the Minimum Modulation button, this will force the boiler into the Low re position Once in the Low re
postion and stable conditions are reached check the following:
a. Check combustion (see table) for factory and eld combustion limits
b. Adjust oset (Low re) as necessary via Oset 2.5mm hex screw ±
c. Measure breeching/vent draft condition
d. Check ame signal on operation overview window and observe ame condition via sight glass.
