The temperature is
above or below the
proper range for the
meter (6°C to 44°C).
Move to an area
between 6°C and 44°C,
wait five minutes and
repeat the test. Do not
artificially heat or cool
the meter.
The battery is almost
out of power. Change
the battery now. See
Chapter 5 “Changing the
Battery.”
The time and date
settings may be
incorrect. Make sure
the time and date are
correct and adjust,
if necessary. See
Chapter 3 “Setting the
Time and Date.”
