Replacing the Finger Print Reader
Replacing the Upper Cover
WARNING:Care must be taken when replacing the Upper Cover to prevent damage or stress to the surface.
5. Ease the lower casing outward to clear the securing clips and pry apart the right side as shown. Lift the rear
edge of the Upper Base upward.
1. Replace the Finger Print Reader in the Upper
Cover, making sure the tabs align with the slots in
the upper cover.
2. Replace the three securing screws
3. Replace the Touchpad FFC. 4. Replace the Mainboard FFC.
