Restricted
The randomization will apply a uniform distribution random delay between the minimum
and maximum value as defined in the configured event parameters.
The relay action will not commence until the randomisation period has elapsed.
• Arming time out period, if the main supply relay is selected and the meter is to be armed
The arming time out period is entered in 15 minute increments from 1 (15 minutes) to 255
(63¾ hours).
A value of zero (0) implies arming will never time out.
If it is a weekday and there are no higher priority events in effect (refer to both supply and load
control event hierarchy) when a scheduled relay event is to occur, the scheduled event will be
executed for the designated relay if it is defined to occur on a weekday and the day is not
designated as a holiday.
If it is a weekend and there are no higher priority events in effect (refer to both supply and load
control event hierarchy) when a scheduled relay event is to occur, the scheduled event will be
executed for the designated relay if it is defined to occur on a weekend and the day is not
designated as a holiday.
If the day is designated as a holiday and there are no higher priority events in effect (refer to
both supply and load control event hierarchy) when a scheduled relay event is to occur, the
scheduled event will be executed for the designated relay if it is defined to occur on a holiday.
The meter will generate an event log entry when there is a change to scheduled relay state
changes. The disconnection event is classified as a normal priority event by default. The event
will include the details of changes to any element of the schedule. The meter will send a
notification message via the AMI signal.
4.4 Automatic Disconnection
The SGM3000 Series meters support multiple methods by which the supply relay can be
automatically disconnected and subsequently reconnected. The priority given to each of these
automatic actions is defined in the hierarchy specifications.
When enabled, automatic disconnection of the main supply will occur in the following
situations:
Automatic Disconnection: Supply Capacity (Power Usage) for Delivered
Energy
The SGM3000 Series meters support automatic disconnection of supply if the delivered power
from the network to the customer exceeds a predefined average threshold over a predefined
period of time. When the functionality is enabled, the service will be disconnected for a defined
period of time if the average consumption over a defined period of time exceeds the defined
threshold.
