Perform a factory reset on your Splunk Edge Hub
Complete these steps to reset the device to its original factory settings. This doesn't unregister
your Splunk Edge Hub.
The following image displays the location of the hardware reset pinhole:
1. On your Splunk Edge Hub, locate the reset pinhole. Depending on your version
of the hardware, the pinhole may be on the front of the device or next to the
USB and external sensor ports.
2. Using a < 3mm diameter pin-shaped tool, press and hold the reset button for
more than 6 seconds.
3. Wait for the factory reset to complete.
