Function Description:
The primary function of this device is to measure and display the current outdoor temperature. It also tracks and displays the high and low temperatures recorded within a 24-hour period. These high and low records automatically clear every 24 hours, with the reset time determined by when the battery was initially installed. For example, if the battery was installed at 6:00 pm, the records will reset daily at 6:00 pm.

Usage Features:

- Display: The display shows the current temperature, along with "Min" and "Max" readings for the lowest and highest temperatures recorded in the past 24 hours.
- Battery Replacement: The battery compartment is a drawer located at the base of the thermometer. To replace the battery, users gently squeeze tabs at the base and pull out the drawer, remove the old CR-2032 lithium button cell battery, insert a new one following the polarity diagram, and then push the drawer back in.
- Safety Warning: The manual includes a prominent warning about the button-cell battery, stating that if swallowed, it could cause severe injury or death in just 2 hours, and immediate medical attention should be sought if ingested.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: The thermometer can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Caustic cleaners or abrasives should not be used.
