This document is an instruction manual for the AcuRite Window Thermometer, models 00305, 00305SBDI, 00305SBDIA1, 00306, and 00423.
The AcuRite Window Thermometer is designed to provide accurate outdoor temperature readings. It features a suction cup mount for versatile placement, either indoors or outdoors, and displays the current outdoor temperature, along with the highest and lowest temperatures recorded over the past 24 hours. The device is water-resistant and suitable for general outdoor use, though placing it in an area protected from direct weather elements is recommended to extend its life.
Function Description:
The primary function of this device is to measure and display the current outdoor temperature. It also tracks and displays the high and low temperatures recorded within a 24-hour period. These high and low records automatically clear every 24 hours, with the reset time determined by when the battery was initially installed. For example, if the battery was installed at 6:00 pm, the records will reset daily at 6:00 pm.
