Why AcuRite 01512 Weather Station shows no rainfall?
    • M
      Mark HunterAug 6, 2025
If your AcuRite Weather Station is not registering rainfall, first check to ensure the rain gauge stabilizer (plastic tab) has been removed from the bottom of the sensor. Then, clear any debris, such as leaves, from the rain collector funnel and debris screen. If problems persist, calibrate the Rain Gauge.

Why is my AcuRite Weather Station outdoor temperature flashing or showing dashes?
    • J
      John SanchezAug 11, 2025
If the outdoor temperature on your AcuRite Weather Station is flashing or showing dashes, it may be due to wireless interference. Check the A-B-C switch in the battery compartments of both the display and sensor. Ensure they are switched to the same letter (A, B, or C) on both units to sync. Sometimes, changing to a different channel can resolve the issue.

What to do if AcuRite 01512 shows inaccurate temperature or humidity?
    • M
      Meredith HansonAug 16, 2025
If your AcuRite Weather Station is showing inaccurate temperature or humidity readings, make sure both the display and 5-in-1 sensor are placed away from any heat sources or vents. Ensure both units are positioned away from moisture sources. The 5-in-1 sensor should be mounted at least 5 ft off the ground. You can also calibrate the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity.

Why AcuRite 01512 inaccurate wind readings?
    • M
      Matthew AriasAug 20, 2025
If your AcuRite Weather Station displays inaccurate wind readings, consider what the wind reading is being compared to. Pro weather stations are typically mounted at 30 ft high or more, so compare data using a sensor positioned at the same mounting height. Check the sensor's location, ensuring it’s mounted a minimum of 5 ft in the air with no obstructions around it (within several feet). Also, ensure the wind cups are spinning freely; if they hesitate or stop, try lubricating with graphite powder or spray lubricant.

What to do if AcuRite 01512 display screen not working?
    • J
      Jamie MillerAug 25, 2025
If the display screen of your AcuRite Weather Station is not working, verify that the batteries are correctly installed and replace them if needed. If that doesn't work, reset the display by pressing and holding the CLEAR ALL/RESET button located in the battery compartment. Note that you will need to enter the date and time after performing a reset.

Why is my AcuRite Weather Station forecast inaccurate?
    • B
      Bryan MillerAug 28, 2025
An inaccurate forecast on your AcuRite Weather Station could be due to several reasons. The Weather Forecast icon predicts conditions for the next 12 to 24 hours, not current conditions. Also, Learning Mode must complete before the forecast and pressure will be accurate. Ensure the unit runs continuously for 33 days, as battery removal or resetting the display will restart Learning Mode. After 14 days, the forecast should be fairly accurate; however, Learning Mode calibrates for a total of 33 days.

How to fix AcuRite 01512 Weather Station no outdoor sensor reception?
    • R
      Robert HudsonNov 2, 2025
If your AcuRite Weather Station shows no outdoor sensor reception, try these steps: * Relocate the display and/or the 5-in-1 sensor, ensuring they are within 330 ft (100 m) of each other. * Keep both units at least 3 feet (.9 m) away from electronics like TVs, microwaves, and computers to avoid wireless interference. * Use standard alkaline batteries (or lithium batteries in the sensor when the temperature is below -4ºF/-20ºC). Avoid heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries. * If you've replaced the batteries, allow a few minutes for the display and sensor to synchronize. * To synchronize the units, bring both the sensor and display indoors, remove power adapter/batteries from each, reinstall batteries in the outdoor sensor, reinstall power adapter/batteries in the display, and let...
