xDSL BER Test. A Bit Error Rate Test (BER Test) is a test that reflects the ratio of
error bits to the total number transmitted.
If you click on the xDSL BER Test button at the bottom of the xDSL Statistics
screen, the pop-up window shown in Figure 7 will appear.
Upon test duration choice (in seconds), and by pressing the
Start button, the test
will start running. At its end a result page will be shown.
Do close this page by selecting the
Close button.
